Thanksgiving, Come and Gone...

For this years Thanksgiving Day, our family decided to break from tradition and go to a restaurant for the meal. And boy were we thankful for it! It was great! We were all pleased with the outcome.
They fed us a wonderful Thanksgiving Day spread and we ate on it for nearly an hour! We did save the dessert eating for later at home. We had four pies waiting there for us. It was very nice. Very nice indeed. We brought home Doggie Bags, too, and still ate on turkey and fixings all afternoon.
Due to the size of our family, we decided to take the RV to the restaurant instead of taking multiple vehicles. A funny part of that story is when we left the

parking lot in the RV, we forgot to put the step stool inside the RV and left it behind. Once we realized it back home in our driveway...where's the step stool? ... I went back in the car to pick it up. It was funny seeing a step stool in the middle of a parking lot just out there, all alone, no rhyme or reason, hehe. I'm thinking it probably lifted a few eye brows before I got there, don't you?
Anyway, go ahead and email me your RV adventure story. I would love to add it to my book RV Stories By You.
You can do this right on my website: rvstoriesbyyou.vpweb.com
Oh yeah, and due to the weather, we decided not to make the RV trip to the beach for the weekend. We still all had a great time right to home playing Mexican Train Dominoes and Water Works. Sorry not to have any pictures of the fire we planned on having at the RV campsite. We did miss that part, too. But we know that it will happen again, and we'll be ready.
