We made several phone calls to find out how to repair/replace our broken side-slide window on the RV. After being passed around to a few dealers, one finally came out and said that unless we purchase a hundred or more there was no way.
What?! Are you dense?! Daft?!
Called another place, was given a rough quote of over $800. Huh?! It's glass for cryin' out loud.
With that all discovered, we decided to fix it ourselves. We'll go this weekend and pick out the right stuff and try to fit it into the frame. It'll take some ingenuity, but that's what Roger's made of, he'll figure it out. And for a small percent of the quoted price, too.
